Stampin’ Up! is committed to making a difference in our global communities and caring about people first. As part of their Making a Difference program they’re offering a product giveback opportunity to support organizations that are helping COVID-19 frontline responders and communities vulnerable to the pandemic. The two organizations you can choose to donate your $12 (either to both or to only one of them) are United Way Worldwide’s COVID-19 Community Response and Recovery Fund and/or The World Health Organization’s COVID-Solidarity Response Fund.
When you purchase the Share Sunshine PDF Download below, Stampin’ Up! will donate 100% of the proceeds to COVID-19 efforts. And you get some great sentiments to share on your cards and projects.
The Share Sunshine PDF Download is a digital stamp set that’s packed with both lighthearted and heartfelt sentiments and imagery relevant to the unique COVID-19 and social distancing situation we’re currently experiencing–including many ideas that came from demonstrators and customers!
WHAT: You can use the download in your cardmaking and papercrafting projects. Simply print the imagery on cardstock (as many times as you’d like and need!) and cut it out using our Paper Trimmer, punches, or dies. Since we are physically distanced from each other, now is a perfect time to share sunshine with our friends and family by sending cards!

PRICE: only$12 for over 200+ word images that you can print multiple times!
Here are just a few examples of the included word/graphic images, some funny, some heartfelt.
I printed my set of images and started creating! Here’s just a few examples of cards I made so far with the Share Sunshine images. I started with my Tropical Oasis Memories and More card pack and added a set of the Scalloped Note cards and envelopes (these are also retiring June 2 so be sure to stock up on these!) to create these four cards.
This first card was really simple and fast. I punched the saying with the Starburst punch. It’s retiring as of June 2 so be sure to get this one if you don’t have it. I used one of the Tropical Oasis Memories and More card pack stickers, along with a few hearts.
On the inside I attached another of the word images on top of a scrap of the Pleased a Punch DSP.
On the next three cards I used the Tropical Oasis Memories and More 3″ x 4″ cards to create the fronts. The top portion is an entire card layered over a snippet of another contrasting card that coordinated with the look. The word images were die cut using the Stitched So Sweetly and the Stitched Rectangle dies. Very quick and easy for cards to send during this pandemic to family, friends, and co-workers. To make cards for first responders just use one of the thank you or other appropriate sayings!
Can you believe that toilet paper is hard to come by these days? Amazing…and there really isn’t an alternative.
Not I have been staying in my PJs! When I retired two years ago I pledged to myself that I’d get up at my normal time, shower, get dressed and even put on makeup! And I’m still doing that. I figured if I stayed in my PJs, I’d never get going to get anything done during the day. And you never know when someone might stop by, so I want to be presentable! LOL
Here’s what I used to create these cards.
Follow my blog this coming week to see how I use these images for more of my cards!
Meanwhile, you can watch Stampin’ Up! CEO Sara Douglass’s FB video about the background story for the Share Sunshine images and mission. Then join me and many others in spreading good wishes, encouragement and love during this COVID-19 pandemic.
Thanks for stopping by today. I know it’s been a while since I posted, but I’ve been creating so many cards and getting back into my crocheting projects! I’ll share the blanket/afghan I just finished and show you what my next crochet project. Oh, and I’ve been cleaning out closets and drawers, like I’m sure many of you are doing while you are “staying safe at home”!
