I’ve mentioned many times how card sketches and templates make my creative job much easier. Today’s sketch is from Stampin’ Up! and one of the easiest ones that I’ve come across lately. And it has an added bonus – it allows me to use my smaller pieces of Designer Series Papers! WooHoo!
I used the Sale-A-Bration Peaceful Prints DSP to make my cards today. I tried to use all the patterns at least once in cards to show you the versatility of this sketch and DSP. Some I didn’t even add a ribbon. One suggestion – use Multipurpose Glue to adhere the pieces to the front of your card base. It makes it possible to get the two pieces lined up perfectly before the glue dries. Just think of all the Christmas and holiday cards you’ll be able to put together quickly.
Aren’t these festive Christmas cards? They went together quickly after I decided on the combination of DSP for each. I used the Perfectly Plaid stamp set. It seems appropriate for this paper, doesn’t it?
Here are the supplies I used to create these cards.
So head to your craft room and pull out your favorite DSP you’ve been saving and create some quick cards!
Thanks for stopping by today. If you don’t have a demonstrator, I’d love to be yours. Just hop over to my site to shop. Hugs to all of you, and happy stamping!
