January’s Paper Pumpkin kit was “I’ll Bee Yours” made 10 Valentines day note cards with envelopes and 20 treat bags. And there are so many ways to expand this kit into either more Valentines or more card projects.
I decided to create several alternatives with my kit, but first let me show you the aftermath of creativity I had making them. This is a close-up and if I had “panned out” it was even more of a disaster of pieces of things all over! But it’s so much fun!
The little note cards include in the kit were so cute, but I decided to cut them in half to double the amount of cards I could make. Each month, I make a set of small cards to attached to my business card and catalogs to reach new stamping friends! Here’s the two alternatives that I made for my handouts this month. On the back I’ll list my available classes they can sign up for during the month. The one on the left uses the front of the card in the kit, and the other one is the back of the card. I added my business label in the middle of the hearts.
I made the treat bags and included a piece of chocolate and my business card inside, then attached it to my Stampin’ Up! Occasions and Sale-A-Bration catalogs I’m handing out. A great way to highlight our Paper Pumpkin kits and our catalogs. I thought they were so cute I made one filled one with a “money” heart (money folded into a heart shape – see the end of Ronda Wade’s video on how to fold it!) to give to our granddaughter when we saw her just before her soccer game on Friday evening.
I made my family valentine cards using a pack of the Delightfully Detailed note cards and envelopes (they were on the retired list, but are all sold out now. Such quick and easy alternative cards to make.
Of course, I won’t add my business sticker to my family’s cards…they already know all about JBStamper.com! So back to finishing up my family’s cards so I get them in the mail in time!
Meanwhile, don’t forget, today’s the last day to sign up for February’s Paper Pumpkin kit, A Lovely Day.
Thanks for stopping by today! Hope you had a great weekend creating wonderful projects with all your Stampin’ Up! products!
