Eastern Palace, meet elegant Christmas card

I decided to continue my non-traditional colors for Christmas and Holiday cards after sharing yesterday’s card, shown here. I’ve had the Eastern Palace DSP for a while now and keep taking it out, looking through it and then setting it aside for another day. Well this weekend was “the other day”. This card uses another of the foiled papers, the Dapper Denim and Gold strips.

I stamped the greeting from the “Every Good Wish” stamp set with VersaMark ink and then heat embossed it with Gold embossing powder. I die cut the Very Vanilla, Dapper Denim and Gold foil papers using the Layering Oval framelits. I added a piece of the gold 1/8″ ribbon next to the DSP, offsetting it slightly, for an extra pop of glimmer. That’s it, so simple and quick! This is the second card in my upcoming non-traditional Holiday stamp a stack event.
