Today I made the August Paper Pumpkin cards exactly how the instructions said to do it. From start to finish, including punching out all the green and clear velum leaves, it only took me 15 minutes to make the two cards! And if you did them all at once in an assembly line fashion, it wouldn’t take that much longer to make all 10 cards! Can you squeeze out 30 minutes to make 10 cards during your busy week? A Paper Pumpkin kit subscription can help you do just that!
I love how they both turned out and think they are so beautiful! I may have to get several refill kits before they sell out for a future class!
I used the sympathy statement on the large tag since I needed to send a card to my cousin who’s wife lost her battle with cancer last week. They lived with my family for a year when I was only 8. My mom was expecting twins, my cousins were newlyweds, and he was doing a year’s apprenticeship to learn the construction business from my dad. Meanwhile, she helped my mom take care of me and my other 2 sisters during and after my mom delivered my new baby twin sisters. Yes, 5 girls! My dad was delighted to have all us girls to take care of him!
No extra supplies needed for these cards, only what was included in August’s Paper Pumpkin kit! Have you used your kit yet? What did you make?
Don’t forget, this is the last week and these specials end August 31.
Thanks for stopping by today. Drop by tomorrow to see another alternative Blissful Blooms card.
